Position Overview

Nate Reighard State Farm is hiring a full-time Account Associate in Fort Pierce, FL for someone who wants to build a long-term career in insurance. This is an in-office role with hands-on training and coaching from a local agency team that values consistency, reliability, and professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to prospects, walk them through coverage options, and follow up to close new business
• Book appointments and guide interested prospects from first call to close
• Log calls, notes, and pipeline updates in the agency's system daily
• Hit consistent weekly call targets and monthly production numbers
• Complete ongoing product education and licensing classes

Qualifications

• Experience not necessary - full training provided
• Comfortable and confident on the phone with a clear speaking style
• A self-starter who doesn't shy away from daily calls and follow-ups
• Ready to earn the insurance licenses the role requires
• Coachable, upbeat, and happy working as part of a team

Pay range: $50,000-$70,000 per year

This range reflects total compensation - base salary plus commissions and bonuses. Earnings grow with performance, and top performers go beyond it.
