Senior Facilities Manager

Seeking a strategic and highly organized Senior Facilities Manager, this full-time remote position will manage the operational leadership of facilities across a growing multi-state portfolio, focusing on new site development, vendor performance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Key responsibilities Lead the development and execution of scalable facilities operations strategies and policies Manage vendor relationships and oversee service delivery for various facilities services Define and monitor key performance indicators to ensure operational excellence and compliance Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in facilities management, construction management, business administration, or a related field Minimum of seven years of experience in facilities or multi-site operations, with at least three years in a leadership role Professional certification such as PMP, CFM, or LEED preferred Proven track record of building and scaling facilities functions in high-growth environments Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and cost management skills
