Job Title Registered Nurse – Emergency Room Location Midland, TX Schedule / Job Type Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) Key Responsibilities Provide emergency nursing care to both adult and pediatric patients in a fast-paced ER environment Assess, triage, and manage patients presenting with a wide range of acute and critical conditions Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to deliver timely and effective treatment Apply trauma nursing principles in alignment with Level II or Level III trauma center standards Document patient care accurately and thoroughly using electronic health record systems Maintain compliance with facility policies, including holiday coverage expectations Required Qualifications Active RN license (or pending license accepted at time of submission; must be active prior to start) Minimum 2 years of emergency room experience in a comparable facility setting ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required (must be willing to obtain prior to start if not already held) Level II or Level III trauma experience Must reside outside of a 50-mile local radius of the facility Must be able to pass an on-site multi-panel drug screen prior to assignment start Preferred Experience / Skills 5–8 years of emergency room nursing experience preferred Recent travel nursing experience in an ER setting within the past 6–8 months Experience with Cerner electronic health records Why Join Us Opportunity to work in a high-acuity emergency environment serving both adult and pediatric populations Quick start timeline with flexibility on documentation deadlines communicated on a case-by-case basis Concentric Healthcare Staffing Job ID 770120.
