Quick Facts: Location: Carrollton, GA (705 Dixie Street, 30117) Start Date: 05/15/2026 Employment Type: Full-time, permanent Shift: Day shifts with home-call rotation Hours/Week: Full-time (schedule varies) License/Certs: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology Experience: Prior Neonatology experience preferred Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (pay package discussed upon application) Pay & Benefits: Competitive base salary (based on experience and training) Annual bonus potential Sign-on bonus available Relocation assistance provided Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance Life and Disability insurance Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), Health Savings Account (HSA) 401(k) retirement plan with employer match Employee Stock Purchase Program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated team committed to your success What You’ll Do: Provide expert neonatology care in a Level-III NICU with 10 beds and approximately 1,000 annual births Deliver care for newborns in a 20-bed neonatal unit, working alongside Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs) Perform daily rounds, assess critically ill and premature infants, and develop care plans Support admissions, stabilize newborns, and manage ongoing treatment Collaborate with nursing staff, NNPs, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care Participate in home-based call coverage rotation for NICU responsibilities Contribute to evidence-based neonatal practices in a state-of-the-art facility Maintain residency within the local area; relocation may be required What You Need: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology Valid medical license in Georgia or eligible to obtain Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment About the Assignment: This full-time, permanent position is with a respected health system in Carrollton, supporting a modern NICU environment.
