Creative Content & Executive Assistant to the Founder Location: Long Island / NYC (Hybrid/On-site at Founder’s Residence & Studio) Reports to: Founder & Creative Director. Status: Full-Time, Discrete/Confidential The Role We are seeking a high-energy, hyper-organized, and creatively driven “Unicorn” to serve as the right hand to our Female Founder. This is a 360‑degree role that sits at the intersection of executive assistant with digital content creation. You will be the gatekeeper, the storyteller, and the silent engine that allows a high‑profile founder, QVC personality, and working mom to thrive. You are as comfortable managing a complex digital calendar and sorting an inbox as you are capturing high‑end BTS content on an iPhone. Key Responsibilities Real-Time Content Capture Act as a “fly on the wall” capturing daily content across: Design studio moments QVC / live selling environments Travel, events, and day‑to‑day life Identify and capture authentic, unscripted moments that resonate Content Creation & Editing Shoot and edit short-form video (iPhone-first) for: Instagram Reels, TikTok, and paid media Turn raw footage into platform-native, high-performing content Deliver fast: same-day or next-day turnaround. Founder Amplification Support real-time content during live moments (QVC, events, activations) Capture and publish content that extends the Founder’s voice and presence Contribute to the growth of Founder-led channels across: Social Live selling Podcast Substack Content Operations & Workflow Upload, organize, and tag all content into shared systems Ensure content is easily accessible and actionable for the marketing team Identify standout content and flag for broader use (paid, email, site) Liaise with the Brand Social Media Manager, who defines strategy, guardrails, and “rules of the road” across Founder and Brand channels, ensuring alignment while maintaining speed and autonomy in execution. Executive Gatekeeping & Operations Inbox & Calendar Mastery: Proactively manage emails, filter priorities, handle scheduling, and protect her time. You are the “buffer” between the Founder and external partners (licensees, buyers, etc.). The Daily Recap: Conduct morning briefings and evening downloads to ensure priorities are clear and nothing falls through the cracks. Travel & Events: Travel with her to QVC, PR events, and brand appearances to manage logistics and capture content. Operational Agility: Maintain extreme flexibility to pivot with the Founder’s fluctuating schedule, including shifting priorities for QVC tapings, travel, and evolving needs with a proactive, “no task too small” attitude. The Ideal Candidate The “Social Native”: You have a natural eye for framing, lighting, and “the shot.” You’re passionate about social media and understand trends and how to capture “quiet luxury” and authentic moments. The Proactive Problem Solver: You don’t wait for a to-do list; you anticipate needs before they are voiced. The Discrete Professional: You understand the sensitivity of working within a private residence and with high-level brand information. Tech Savvy: Proficient in G‑Suite, MS 360, and iPhone content editing apps and willingness to learn and adopt new technologies as needs arise.
