Locations: Raleigh, Greensboro & Winston-Salem, North Carolina Schedule: Full-Time | Highly Flexible Field Requirement: Approximately 20–25 Billable Hours Per Week Remaining Work: Remote Travel: Reimbursed Build a Meaningful Career Without Sacrificing Flexibility We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join a growing pediatric ABA organization supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder throughout Raleigh, Greensboro, and Winston-Salem. This is a truly hybrid opportunity designed to provide flexibility, autonomy, and a manageable work-life balance. BCBAs complete approximately 20–25 billable hours each week in the field, providing services within clients’ homes, schools, or community settings. The remainder of the work—including documentation, treatment planning, data review, and administrative responsibilities—can be completed remotely. Schedules are highly flexible, travel is reimbursed, and caseloads are developed with geographic efficiency in mind. The organization will work with each BCBA to build a territory that aligns as closely as possible with where they live. What You’ll Do Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and clinical reassessments. Develop individualized, evidence-based ABA treatment plans. Analyze clinical data and adjust programming based on each child’s progress. Supervise, mentor, and support Registered Behavior Technicians. Complete approximately 20–25 billable hours per week in home, school, or community settings. Provide parent and caregiver coaching. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, educators, and multidisciplinary care teams. Complete documentation, treatment updates, data review, and insurance authorizations remotely. Ensure compliance with BACB ethical standards, payer requirements, and organizational policies. Promote compassionate, family-centered, and clinically effective behavioral care. Active North Carolina LBA license or eligibility to obtain it. Minimum two years of BCBA experience. Pediatric autism and ABA treatment experience. Experience supervising and developing RBTs. Strong functional assessment, treatment planning, and data-analysis skills. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Ability to provide in-person services within an assigned territory. Preferred Experience Home-based, school-based, or community-based ABA experience. Insurance-funded ABA services. Parent and caregiver training. Clinical documentation and authorization processes.
