Your skills and expertise in building rapport, using critical assessment tools, and collaborating to shape the initial treatment plan will provide families and the therapy team with a clear roadmap for success. If your passion is helping families with the first step in designing a blueprint for successful treatment by listening to their concerns, synthesizing assessment data into actionable insights, and focusing on the early phase of treatment, then this role is for you.Skills and Experience Necessary for this RoleDemonstrated leadership and strong skills focused on understanding the ASD diagnostic evaluation and other contributing documents / records from the medical team and school personnel to create a seamless hand-off from IntakeExpertise in conducting comprehensive functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS) for clientsCritical insights to synthesize assessment data resulting in an actionable initial treatment plan producing measurable outcomes, rooted in evidence-based practicesMinimum two years of experience in report writing and designing treatment plans for home and center-based ABA servicesClear communication, compassionate feedback to families, and strong collaborative approach with supervising BCBAs to ensure an integrated pathway for effective interventionAbove and beyond your expert assessment and writing skills, the successful candidate will exemplify meticulous attention to detail and deadlines, a commitment to team-oriented goals, the demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team, including in-house psychologists, and possess the essential characteristics of an ideal team player: humble, hungry, and smart.Join UsIf you are passionate about leveraging your BCBA expertise to create clarity and direction for families while emphasizing meaningful impact for families on the autism journey, we want to hear from you.
