Board Certified Behavior Analyst / BCBA

This position is a full-time opportunity based in Raleigh supporting our Home and Community Based Services team. . Salary: $80,000 + Full Benefits + Professional Development Support Schedule: Flexible M–F Postion details: This is a full-time, salaried position based in Raleigh. It is a hybrid position that does require travel to other areas of North Carolina based on the needs of the clients. We do also have part-time needs available as well as the ability to do contracts for qualified candidates. Travel Expectations This role may include variable regional travel requirement depending on program needs. All work-related travel is reimbursed via mileage pay. You’ll have flexibility to plan travel around program needs while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. What You’ll Do Lead behavior support programs fostering family engagement & measurable growth. Conduct functional behavior assessments & develop Positive Behavior Support Plans. Train and mentor staff, DSPs, and supervisors in ABA best practices. Collaborate across service lines (EMPOWER, IC S, ABA) to maximize outcomes. Deliver in-service training & represent ESPH at professional conferences.
