The Momofuku Group is comprised of restaurants and bakeries located in the US, Australia, and Canada, a magazine, and an equipment manufacturing company. We are fun, exciting and fast-paced. Momofuku's first restaurant in Washington, D.C. opened in October 2015. Momofuku CCDC serves a roster of dishes that change with the seasons. The restaurant has a bar, noodle bar, main dining room, and private dining room.
We are looking for Prep Cooks to join the BOH team!
- At least 1-2 years of prep experience
- High volume restaurant experience
- Ability to work in a fast paced and high energy environment
- A team player with an eagerness to learn
- Uncompromising work ethic
- Full time availability required
- An enthusiasm to learn and grow with us!
