Xfinity Retail Sales Consultant (Bilingual Required)

Job Summary We are seeking a retail associate at Comcast Xfinity to engage customers, demonstrate products, and drive sales while delivering outstanding customer service. Location 7040 Cermak Rd, Berwyn, IL Responsibilities Engage customers with enthusiasm and explain product features to enhance their shopping experience. Provide outstanding customer service during all interactions. Meet or exceed sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction through diligent follow‑up and service excellence. Help customers interpret account statements and assist with bill payments in store. Answer questions about current and new services, make account changes, upgrade service levels, and process general service requests. Act as a brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products. Provide expert‑level understanding and passion around technology, especially Comcast products and services. Maintain detailed product knowledge, including competitive information. Adhere to retail operational policies and procedures, ensuring a consistent and professional store environment. Qualifications Must be able to fluently speak both Spanish and English. High School Diploma or equivalent. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Physical ability to carry and/or lift 25‑pound boxes and move around the store constantly. Compensation and Benefits Base Pay: $17.00 per hour. Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $24.69 per hour.
