Quality Control Technician

We have an outstanding career opportunity for aQuality Control Technicianto join a leading Company located in theChatsworth, CAsurrounding area.

Salary: $ 39,520 - 43,680

Responsibilities :

• Collect samples from production lines on a regular basis to meet different preset requirements for different tests

• Perform inspection and CCP checkups on in-process products

• Perform final inspection of product, including but not limited to review for completeness, label check, weight check, and visual inspection of final product

• Inspect various incoming products and raw materials

• Identify and control non-conforming materials

• Assist with document control, including organizing, filing, and reviewing QA documents

• Assist with pre-operational process

• Address any questions and concerns on food safety and quality assurance with QA management in a timely manner

• Perform other duties as assigned

Basic Hiring Criteria :

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Minimum 1 year of experience in QC role or a fast-paced food manufacturing environment preferred

• Bilingual Spanish speaker

• Ability to work in a diverse team environment

• Ability to do basic mathematical calculations

• Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally

• Ability to work flexible schedule depending on operational needs

• Must be flexible to work overtime and weekends as needed
