Maintain clean shelves, monitor temperature, verify expiration dates, and dispose of lower-quality food products. Pack ready-to-sell products in proper containers and stock displays. Prepare and serve ready-to-eat food and maintain a clean, sanitized, member-ready area. Stock and rotate merchandise; assist members with purchasing decisions and respond to member needs and concerns. Collaborate with team members and adapt to different work scenarios; use digital tools to drive sales and improve the member experience. Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards; participate in training and open communication channels.
