Xcite Automotive is hiring an experienced Automotive Painter to support our partner dealers in Orlando, Florida!Job Description: In this role the painter is responsible for delivering retail-ready paint finishes on new and used vehicles in a production-driven environment. Candidates must be able to independently complete automotive refinishing from surface prep through final clear coat while meeting daily throughput and quality standards.Compensation is competitive and aligned with experience, technical skill level, and demonstrated performance.Key Responsibilities:Perform automotive painting and refinishing to dealership retail standardsComplete spot repairs, blends, and panel refinishingMix and match paint to OEM color specificationsApply primer, base coat, and clear coatUse paint booths, HVLP spray guns, sanding, masking, and prep techniquesMaintain quality and efficiency in a fast-paced, production environmentFollow safety and environmental guidelinesMust Have Qualifications:3+ years of professional automotive painting experiencePrior experience in a dealership, collision repair shop, or reconditioning centerProven ability to perform end-to-end automotive refinishing independentlyStrong knowledge of color matching, blending, and finish correctionHands-on experience with paint booths, HVLP spray guns, sanding, masking, and primingAbility to meet daily production goals without sacrificing qualityStrong attention to detail and craftsmanshipValid driver’s license with acceptable driving recordNice To Have Qualifications:Experience in a high-volume dealership or recon operationFamiliarity with waterborne paint systemsI-CAR, ASE, or manufacturer refinishing certificationsExperience with minor body repair or paintless dent repair (PDR)Ability to assist or mentor paint preppers or junior techniciansBilingual (English/Spanish) a plusBeneficial Types of Previous Experience:Automotive Painter (Dealership)Collision Repair PainterBody Shop PainterReconditioning Center Automotive PainterCompany Benefits:Competitive compensation based on experienceHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidays401(k) retirement planApply today to start your career in Xcite Automotive! #INDAUTO3Company Description: Xcite Automotive is a fast-growing automotive service and a software-based company that helps dealers get vehicles frontline-ready quickly and efficiently.
