Project/Program Management Specialist

Roles & Responsibilities Oversee cross-platform product lifecycle management (PLM), focusing on data systems, business intelligence, and analytics. Manage projects and priorities related to product lifecycle, ensuring compliance, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Partner with cross-functional teams to prioritize initiatives, report project status, and conduct PLM program reviews. Implement industry best practices for PLM, aligning with systems engineering, marketing, and supply chain functions. Develop sustainable and repeatable PLM processes and frameworks to enhance efficiency. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful product sustainment and retirement. Experience Required 5+ years in Medical Technology, product/project management, or a related field. Hands-on experience with data systems, business intelligence reporting, and analytics software. Strong background in program or product management, especially in commercial settings. General knowledge of Pyxis portfolio products and embedded operating systems. Experience in a regulated environment and managing third-party software/hardware is preferred. Skills & Certifications Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) expertise. Proficiency in business intelligence and analytics tools. Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication skills. Critical thinking, problem-solving, and the ability to work independently. Experience with bringing products to market, managing lifecycle evolution, and EOL processes.
