Smile for Life Dental Care is looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our team. Location: 860 South Truman Blvd, Festus, Missouri 63028. Work Schedule (open to part-time): Monday 9:30 am to 5:30 pm, Tuesday 7:30 am to 3:30 pm, Wednesday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Thursday 7:30 am to 3:30 pm. 1 doctor practice, utilizing Dentrix! 60‑min recare, 90‑min new patient appointment! Bi‑weekly hourly pay plus the ability to opt into Daily Pay to receive a paycheck as earned. Ability to earn daily and quarterly bonuses. We have Arestin, iTero, Velscope and CE coverage available. Minimum Qualifications Current dental hygienist license in Missouri and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required). Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation. CPR Certification. Preferred Experience Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x‑rays and electronic medical record systems. Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients’ dental health. Clinical needs as required by office. Physical Requirements Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/Doctor/Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation. Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times. Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in‑person) periodically throughout the year. This is a standard requirement for dental office roles and must be completed prior to starting employment.
