What You'll Do:

• Assemble products using hand tools, spot welders, microscopes, and other manufacturing equipment.
• Follow current procedures, manufacturing drawings, and quality requirements to ensure accurate production.
• Perform visual inspections to identify quality issues and non-conforming parts.
• Follow documented procedures when identifying and handling non-conforming components.
• Meet manufacturing output requirements while maintaining high-quality standards.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of experience in reading drawings/blueprints/work instructions.

What Sets You Apart:

• 1+ year of experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to work alone and with others in a team environment under minimal supervision to accomplish department goals.
• Have good problem-solving and analytical skills, adaptability, and flexibility.
• Have good computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry, email)
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Able to clearly read and write in English.
• Good hand/eye coordination.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Good historical attendance record with minimal unscheduled call-offs.
• Self-driven to complete goals and tasks as needed.
• Demonstrated problem-solving techniques.
• Ability to become familiar with SPC (Statistical Process Control).
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).

Additional Information:

• Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.
• Ability to wear needed PPE to fulfill shift duties: smock, hairnet, gloves, facemask, and safety glasses.
• Ability to lift 3-5 lbs. and complete repetitive tasks.
• Ability to sit for long periods of time.
• Work a 12-hour, compressed work week schedule with flexibility to work overtime as needed.
