Mechanical Assembler

AssemblerJoin a growing manufacturing team. We're seeking reliable and mechanically inclined Assemblers to join our production team in a modern, climate-controlled manufacturing facility. This is a great opportunity for candidates with at least 6 months of assembly, manufacturing, production, automotive, construction, or mechanical experience who are looking to build a long-term career.ResponsibilitiesAssemble mechanical components and subassemblies using hand and power tools.Follow work instructions, blueprints, diagrams, and SOPs.Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications.Work on an assembly line to meet daily production goals.Troubleshoot basic assembly issues and communicate concerns to leadership.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.Support continuous improvement initiatives and team production goals.Complete production and quality documentation accurately.QualificationsMinimum 6 months of assembly, manufacturing, production, automotive, construction, or mechanical experience.Experience using hand tools and power tools.Ability to read and follow work instructions and assembly drawings.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and stand for extended periods.Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime as needed.Preferred ExperienceMechanical assemblyManufacturing or production environmentsBlueprint or schematic readingQuality inspectionLean manufacturing or 5S practicesAvailable ShiftsDay Shift Monday-Thursday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PMSwing Shift Monday-Thursday | 4:30 PM - 3:00 AMWhy Apply?Four-day work weekWeekly payModern, air-conditioned facilityOpportunity for overtimeStable, long-term opportunityCareer growth and advancement opportunitiesTeam-oriented culture and supportive leadershipJob Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mesa, AZ.Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
