Qualifications A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, specifically in multifamily and renovation construction. Proven experience in project management and supervision, including the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously. Strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and legal regulations. Exceptional negotiation skills, with the ability to handle and resolve conflicts effectively. Proficient in preparing and analyzing project bids, purchase orders, and contracts. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and multi-task effectively. Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to lead a team and collaborate with various stakeholders. Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Professional certifications such as Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are a plus. OSHA certification.
