R&D Networking Program Manager (REMOTE)

Job Description Key Responsibilities Partner closely with scientists, researchers, and technical teams to understand current-state capabilities, challenges, and future needs. Translate technical findings into clear business requirements, project plans, and executive-level communications. Gather, document, and manage requirements across multiple stakeholders and functional groups. Coordinate initiatives across four global sites:Cincinnati, OHRaritan, NJSanta Clara, CAIsraelLead cross-functional program activities, ensuring alignment between business, R&D, infrastructure, and technology teams. Own Jira documentation, tracking, reporting, and governance activities. Facilitate stakeholder meetings, status updates, risk management discussions, and project reviews. Create and maintain project documentation, requirements artifacts, and program reporting. Monitor timelines, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure successful execution. Skills and Requirements 5+ years of Program Management experience supporting complex technical or technology-driven initiatives. Demonstrated experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements. Strong ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders. Experience translating technical concepts into business language and actionable recommendations. Advanced Jira experience, including documentation, workflows, reporting, and project tracking. PMP Certification (Plus) Proven experience managing cross-functional programs involving multiple stakeholders and locations.
