Create structure across integrated plans, dependencies, milestones, backlog, burndown, executive reporting and decision forums.
Support advisory and delivery-led growth through opportunity inputs, proposal support, renewals and follow-on program expansion.
Embed AI-powered PLM practices, including AI-accelerated delivery, AI-assisted migration and testing, software factory approaches and augmented-engineering readiness.
Build trust with clients and teams through clear communication, stakeholder awareness and collaborative problem solving.
Bring client centricity, delivery ownership and practical judgment to complex decisions, risks and trade-offs.
Maintain delivery balance through strong structuring discipline across scope, backlog, dependencies, primary and secondary tasks, burndown and reporting.
Use delivery credibility to support renewal readiness, follow-on growth and long-term client value.
Lead with One Capgemini, end-to-end ownership mindset across teams, geographies, partners and stakeholders.
