The Dental Practice Manager oversees the daily operations of a dental clinic, ensuring efficient workflows and high-quality patient care. This role involves coordinating staff, managing patient relationships, and optimizing administrative processes to support the practice's success.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily clinic operations and coordinate dental staff activities
- Maintain patient scheduling, billing, and records management
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards
- Resolve patient inquiries and address concerns professionally
- Assist in budgeting, financial reporting, and resource allocation
- Support recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of team members
- Promote a positive work environment and uphold company policies
