Overview Registered Nurse (RN) – One on One Adult Home Care in New Castle, DE 19720. Bayada Delaware Adult Skilled Nursing Office is seeking an RN who has a passion for adult and/or geriatric care to join our Skilled Nursing Team. We believe our clients and their families deserve high‑quality care delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability. Responsibilities Travel to a single client home on a schedule you choose and provide private duty nursing care. Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors’ orders. Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions. Document observations, interventions, and evaluations. Provide autonomous, in‑home skilled nursing care with appropriate supervision and safety. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program (diploma or transcript required). Current RN license in good standing in the state of practice. Compensation and Schedule Pay up to $43/hour based on client care and shift. What makes private duty nursing different Traditional shifts (8’s, 10’s, or 12’s). Hands‑on care with one client per day.
