CVICU RN – (Somerset, KY) Shift: 12-hour shifts | 36 hrs/week Weekend: Every other weekend | No call Experience: 2+ years Cardiac ICU Required: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Must Have: Cardiac ICU, rhythm interpretation, vents, drips, bedside procedures Equipment: Swans, Balloon Pumps, Arterial Lines, CRRT Patients: STEMI, NSTEMI, PE, Cardiogenic Shock, Post-Cath Ratios: 2:1 (up to 4:1 based on acuity) EMR: Meditech Float: As needed based on census Scrubs: Royal Blue Travel Rule: Must live 60+ miles from the facility
