Pantry Cook - Cold Line // Cocinero linea fria
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in cold kitchen preparation
- Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures
- Skilled in knife work and plating presentation
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environment
- Must be available nights, weekends, and holidays
- Full-time position with flexible scheduling
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities:
- Prepare salads, appetizers, and cold dishes
- Maintain proper food rotation and storage
- Keep work station clean and organized
- Follow recipes and portion controls
- Support kitchen team during service
- Ensure quality presentation standards

Cocinero de Pantry / Línea Fría
Requisitos:
- Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en preparación de cocina fría
- Conocimiento de procedimientos de seguridad y manejo de alimentos
- Habilidad en corte con cuchillo y presentación de platos
- Capacidad de trabajar eficientemente en ambiente de alto ritmo
- Disponibilidad para trabajar noches, fines de semana y días festivos
- Posición tiempo completo con horario flexible
- Fuertes habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo
Responsabilidades:
- Preparar ensaladas, aperitivos y platos fríos
- Mantener rotación y almacenamiento adecuado de alimentos
- Mantener estación de trabajo limpia y organizada
- Seguir recetas y controles de porción
- Apoyar al equipo de cocina durante servicio
- Asegurar estándares de presentación de calidad
