Program Project Manager

This position reports to the Manager, Supply Chain Network Planning while supporting stakeholders from cross functional teams in Supply Chain, Sales Operations, Manufacturing and Order Fulfilment. This person will join a team that drives business infrastructure, short and long-term planning processes and service level agreements between Manufacturing, Sales Operations, Supply Chain & Global Operations as our business becomes more complex. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field with 12+ years of experience; or Master’s degree with 8+ years’ experience; or equivalent experience. 8+ years of related experience in project management or program management. Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders. Advanced analytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision support. Preferred Qualifications Supply and/ or demand planning experience is a must. MRP system experience is a must, SAP and Kinaxis experience preferred. Semiconductor industry or global supplier experience is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Relevant project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2.
