Known for a casual, collaborative culture and strong client relationships, this GC offers autonomy, open communication with leadership, and opportunities to represent the company at industry networking events.About the RoleWe’re looking for a Senior Estimator with at least 15+ years of construction industry and 8+ years of estimating experience to lead the estimating function for commercial interiors and critical infrastructure projects. You’ll manage a small team and play a key role in integrating preconstruction and estimating into one cohesive department.Key ResponsibilitiesLead hard-bid estimating for projects ranging from $500K–$10MManage and mentor 2 Estimators and 1 Bid CoordinatorOversee 3–5 bids per week for commercial interiors and infrastructure upgradesPrepare detailed estimates for high-end finishes, mechanical upgrades, and MEP scopesCollaborate with leadership to streamline preconstruction processesWhat We’re Looking For15+ years in the construction industry and 8+ years of estimating experience Proven experience bidding on projects in commercial interiors and base build (critical infrastructure is a plus).Exposure to mechanical/electrical systemsStrong leadership skills and ability to manage a small teamWell-rounded industry knowledge and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentWhat You’ll GetSalary: $120,000K–$150,000K (Compensation will be commensurate with level of experience).Annual BonusHealth, vision, dental coverage401(k) with 4% matchPTO 2 weeks1 week sickWork-Life BalanceCulture: Casual, relaxed, and employee-focused with networking and social eventsIn office roleThis role will remain open until filled.
