Position: Associate Optometrist (Independent Practice) An Associate Optometrist will work within the practice of a LensCrafters Subleasing Optometrist as an employee or contracted doctor. The role involves providing high‑quality optometric care and service to patients under the collaborative model of the Subleasing Doctor. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive eye examinations, diagnose vision problems, and prescribe corrective lenses and related treatments in accordance with the scope of practice agreed with the Subleasing Doctor. Maintain accurate patient records, document examination findings, and coordinate with front‑desk staff for patient scheduling and recalls. Participate in ongoing professional development and stay current with advances in digital eye examination technology, such as Clarifye and Daytona Optomap Imaging System.
