Master Consultative Selling: Act as a technical advisor, deeply analyzing client facilities to propose customized, energy-saving BAS solutions. Relationship Architecture: Cultivate a powerful network of contractors, facility owners, and consulting engineers to ensure Setpoint is the first name called for new projects. Process Excellence: Utilize our proven sales framework and CRM tools to maintain peak operational efficiency and forecast accuracy. Collaborative Handoff: Partner with our Engineering and Operations teams to ensure the "winning vision" you sell is executed flawlessly in the field. Qualifications & Background The Sales Track Record: Proven success in B2B sales, ideally within building systems, automation, HVAC, or a related technical field. Strategic Thinking: Strong understanding of the sales lifecycle, CRM management, and value-based selling. Mobility: Ready and willing to travel within the designated territory to meet clients where they are.
