Job Summary Uniform Advantage is hiring a Part-Time Retail Key Holder to support daily store operations and deliver excellent customer service. You will assist with opening and closing the store, processing sales transactions, merchandising, and customer support . Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service and sales support Assist customers with product selection, sizing, and recommendationsOperate POS system for sales, returns, and exchangesPerform opening and closing procedures , including cash handlingMaintain store organization, stocking, and visual merchandising Support pricing updates, promotions, and displaysHandle multiple customers and tasks during busy periodsAssist with occasional offsite retail events (pop-ups) Pay & Schedule $15.00/hour starting pay Part-time: 15–25 hours per week Monthly Bonus Opportunity Qualifications Retail sales or customer service experience Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment Flexible availability, including nights and weekendsHigh School Diploma or GEDMust be 18+Must pass background screening, drug test screening, and assessment test Physical Requirements Stand and walk for extended periodsLift up to 40 lbsBend, reach, climb, and move merchandise as needed Benefits & Perks!
