Trusts & Estates Associate Attorney

Job Description Job Description Margolis Bloom & D’Agostino, LLP seeks an associate with 0-3 years of experience. Primary areas of focus will be estate plan drafting, probate and trust administration, adult guardianship and conservatorship court proceedings. Core Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Drafting trust and estate planning documents Meeting with clients to oversee execution of estate plans Drafting, filing probate pleadings and attending hearings with the probate court Extensive communication with clients Preparation of estate tax returns and trust accountings The ideal candidate for this job is self-reliant, confident, resourceful, organized, demonstrates strong interpersonal and written communication skills, exhibits extreme attention to detail, and can work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment. Starting salary is commensurate with experience, full benefits package, and remote/ in-office hours are offered.
