About Us: LBAPS is a nationwide ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) organization dedicated to helping children with autism and supporting their families. Our mission is to deliver personalized, compassionate therapy programs that empower children and strengthen families. Position Summary: The Intake Coordinator will manage initial assessments and intake meetings, coordinate schedules, and act as a key liaison between families and therapists. This role ensures smooth onboarding for clients and supports effective communication across teams. Key Responsibilities: Conduct initial assessments and intake meetings with families and clients Develop and maintain strong relationships to ensure effective communication Collaborate with therapists and staff to create tailored service plans Coordinate scheduling and logistics for therapy sessions and consultations Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with company policies Required Skills & Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Previous experience in healthcare, social services, or related field preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr LBAPS
