Warehouse Supervisor

Picking Supervisor-3rd shift: Sunday through Thursday, 6:00pm to 3:00am Will need to learn and understand all aspects of the picking process; and ensure proper training to reduce errors; ensure customer/store orders are dispatched to the pickers; work with the stock check and overstock employees; provide daily/ongoing job performance feedback, ensure performance reviews are completed timely; ensure employees are operating heavy machinery/handwand in compliance with safety regulations; track employees attendance, time‑clock entries and create performance evaluations; maintain the organization of the warehouse and picking areas; implement new policies or procedures directed by the Operations Manager in a timely, effective and consistent manner; establish positive working relationships with the team and other supervisors and management personnel. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED preferred. Minimum of 1 year experience in the electrical industry and/or knowledge of electrical products beneficial. Strong mathematical ability and good computer skills. Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated time‑management and organizational skills, including the ability to plan and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Ability to work well in a team environment and be customer‑service oriented. Physical Requirements: Able to move/lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted, and occasionally up to 75 lbs. Able to withstand extreme temperatures in a typical warehouse environment. Position spends a large amount of time standing, walking, lifting, pulling and pushing. Position may require climbing of ladders for top‑level selection. Ability to work in a constant state of alert and a safe manner. #J-18808-Ljbffr
