Oversee front desk administrative duties including but not limited to the following: patient check in and check out, answering inbound calls, appointment scheduling, collecting patient co-pays, presenting treatment plans, and much more. Responsible for creating the office schedule, monitoring payroll, onboarding, and other office management tasks. Customer service experience 5+ years dental front desk experience required. Previous leadership experience is strongly preferred.
