Senior Analyst Information Technology EHR

Location & Shift New York, New York Day shift (United States of America) About the Role Join the Information Technology team at NewYork‑Presbyterian Hospital, where technology shapes patient experiences and supports clinical excellence. The Sr. Epic Analyst provides tactical and operational support for the implementation and operation of enterprise Epic systems. Responsibilities Develop, build, and operate Epic modules in accordance with project plans. Work with clinicians, project managers, analysts, and developers to design, implement, optimize, and resolve issues related to the enterprise system. Collaborate with technical and operational leaders from affiliated institutions on mapping clinical workflows and business processes. Provide system build, implementation, and operational support as part of a consortium team. Document requirements, test plans, and configuration changes for Epic modules. Serve as a liaison between clinical and business users and the technical team to ensure solutions meet user needs. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including telehealth, remote patient monitoring, and robotics applications. Preferred Criteria Degree or major in Computer Science Epic Certification ITIL Certification PMP Certification NYS Clinical licensure (Medical, Nursing, Pharmacy, or other relevant allied health professional) Required Criteria Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience Epic Module Certification obtained within six months of employment 5–7+ years of previous work‑related experience with enterprise systems Benefits & Culture Competitive base pay $87,500–$130,000 annual, plus benefits supporting personal and professional growth. All roles require on‑site presence; employees must reside within commutable distance to NYP. NYP will not reimburse travel expenses.
