Civil Engineer - Land Development

Overview An established civil engineering consulting firm is seeking a Civil Engineer III to join its growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex land development projects while contributing to the design and delivery of innovative infrastructure solutions. Base pay $105,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr What You’ll Do Lead and coordinate phases of land development projects from design to completion Apply advanced civil engineering techniques and oversee quality assurance reviews Collaborate with clients, agencies, subcontractors, and multi-discipline teams Prepare designs, reports, technical specifications, and cost estimates Conduct field investigations, inspections, and constructability reviews Support client development and relationship management initiatives What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (required) Professional Engineer (PE) license (required) 5+ years of experience in land development Proficiency with Civil3D and civil engineering design software Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills What’s Offered Opportunities for professional development and career growth Performance-based incentives If you’re a motivated civil engineer looking to take on complex projects and grow with a collaborative consulting team, we’d love to connect.
