Campus Solutions Systems Analyst

Campus Solutions System Analyst Reporting to the Director of Student Systems, the Campus Solutions Systems Analyst is an experienced programmer/analyst who works to support the university’s efforts to maintain and enhance the student information system and other student‑related systems. Responsibilities Design, develop, and configure the PeopleSoft Campus Solutions system and related student‑focused modules such as Campus Community, Admissions, Academic Advising, Financial Aid, Student Records, and Student Financials. Support and maintain ancillary student systems including Civitas and Twilio. Write and maintain SQL queries, PeopleCode, reports, data interfaces, and data process automations. Provide professional customer service and support to colleagues and university constituents. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and implement system enhancements that improve the student experience. Adapt to rapidly shifting priorities and project requirements. Operate as a remote employee from home while maintaining a standard business hours schedule to support constituents. Qualifications Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in Information Technology, preferably within higher education. Proven experience supporting Student Information System (SIS) administration with hands‑on experience using PeopleSoft Campus Solutions. Solid understanding of relational database fundamentals, preferably Oracle. Experience with SQL, PeopleCode, and Fluid technology. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
