Technical Sourcing Recruiter III (EVERGREEN)

Responsibilities Develop sourcing models and plans to generate talent pools, networks and pipelines; create and execute robust search strategies, calibrate candidates with hiring managers Develop prospects into candidates, engage, sustain relationships, screen and interview Partner with hiring managers, business unit leaders and Team Blue members by leading and participating in scoping discussions, weekly tag‑ups and candidate debriefs Prepare/contribute to search status reports and lead/participate in client update meetings on active searches Dive deep with an inquisitive mindset into the technical requirements of requisitions and business units supported Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience in recruiting 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, including Engineering, Manufacturing or IT positions Strong professional communication skills and demonstrated ability to influence and advise business leaders Success in generating leads using a variety of platforms and sourcing methods Preferred Qualifications Experience in Manufacturing, Space, Aerospace and Defense, Oil & Gas, Nuclear Power, Technology, Aviation industries Proficiency with Workday Experience recruiting exempt and non‑exempt positions Combination of agency and corporate recruiting environments High‑volume recruiting experience Startup experience Base Pay Range for WA Applicants $134,434.00 - $188,207.25. Other site ranges may differ.
