This is a fast-paced, phone-forward role. You’ll live on the front lines of the market, building the kind of relationships that turn into long-term partnerships and repeat wins. Hunt for talent — source, search, contact, interview, and qualify engineering professionals against client requirements, then prep resumes and run reference checks.
Partner with Account Managers to retain and re-deploy our best people.
Own your pipeline — keep candidate backgrounds and contact info sharp and current in our database.
Be a brand ambassador — represent Protingent with energy and professionalism, and sell our services to prospective candidates.
Prior technical recruiting experience preferred
A proven track record of building strong professional relationships
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred

50-60k base salary to start + unlimited residual commission on placed contractors — you keep earning as your placements keep working
