As a Behavior Interventionist with IABA , you will have the opportunity to make a profound impact on the lives of children and adolescents with developmental disabilities like Autism by implementing personalized treatment plans, encouraging skill development, and providing the resources and support needed for our clients to achieve their goals! Using the evidence-based principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), you will provide one-on-one support in the home, school, and community , using our positive-only methods to encourage desired behaviors and enhance play, self-care, cognitive, social, and communication skills. For over 40 years, IABA has been providing high quality, person-centered treatment for children and their families. We take great pride in the work we do, and continue to advocate for the community we serve . Paid, hands‑on training provided, including shadowing sessions with a supervisor. WAGE RANGE: $20-28 per hour LOCATION: San Fernando Valley Area (Open cases in Canoga Park, North Hollywood, Northridge, Van Nuys, Porter Ranch, San Fernando, Sherman Oaks, Woodland Hills, etc.) HOURS: Full & Part Time Positions Available!
