About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to spearhead its go-to-market execution and drive sustainable revenue growth. The successful candidate will be a seasoned executive with a strong background in e-commerce, particularly in high-volume transaction business environments. The CGO will be tasked with aligning company resources to growth objectives, defining differentiated go-to-market strategies, and leading customer acquisition, retention, and development efforts. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in mass market-focused, subscription-based business models, and the ability to lead and manage a portfolio of brands. The CGO will be responsible for delivering against revenue performance goals and will be measured by various revenue-driving metrics, including customer acquisition, retention, and growth. Candidates for the CGO position at the company should have a significant background in e-commerce, with a focus on high-volume transaction business environments. The role demands a leader who can execute programs across multiple channels and has experience in leading stagnant businesses to growth. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, with a history of leading marketing analytics teams, and have a strategic understanding of customer segmentation and journeys. Experience in the private equity world and a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential. The CGO will be responsible for all revenue operations, including revenue strategy, systems, and programs, and must have a strong background in digital marketing, AI, and Martech within the SMB markets. A collaborative and inspirational leadership style, as well as the ability to manage large, global teams, are also key attributes for this role.
