Sr. Project Manager
Scorpion Therapeutics
Role: Senior Project Manager leading capital projects with a focus on project governance, stakeholder engagement, and organizational effectiveness within biopharma or related industries.
Responsibilities
- develop and implement project frameworks
- manage portfolio processes
- lead governance meetings
- coordinate with client leadership
- oversee project execution
- facilitate communication among stakeholders
- manage project risks
- monitor performance
- ensure successful project delivery including startup and handover activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related
- 8–14 years of experience managing large-scale capital projects, preferably in petrochemical, chemical, or industrial sectors, with experience in construction, commissioning, and turnover of facility systems
Preferred skills
- familiarity with pharmaceutical or GMP environments, project controls, BIM/CDE, and Autodesk platforms

- managing complex capital projects
- stakeholder engagement at executive level
- ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
- experience supporting construction in regulated environments
Work setup
Work setup involves travel up to 100% and operating across multiple client sites.
The role demands strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project and ProCore.
