Electrical Maintenance Supervisor

What You’ll Do Lead and supervise a team of licensed electricians. Plan and coordinate preventative and corrective electrical maintenance. Maintain and troubleshoot medium‑voltage power distribution systems. Oversee switchgear, substations, transformers, motor control centres (MCCs), protective relays, and related equipment. Support capital projects, shutdowns, and continuous improvement initiatives. Promote a strong culture of safety, reliability, and operational excellence. What We’re Looking For Required Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related electrical discipline. Journeyman Electrician License (Master Electrician designation is a strong asset). Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience leading electrical maintenance teams. Experience working with medium‑voltage electrical systems (4.16kV, 12.47kV, 13.8kV, 24kV or higher). Experience with switchgear, substations, transformers, protective relays, MCCs, and industrial power distribution. Preferred Experience in heavy industrial environments such as mining, aggregates, cement, steel, power generation, chemical processing, pulp & paper, or refineries. Experience with PLCs, Allen‑Bradley, Siemens, VFDs, SCADA, motor controls, and industrial automation. Why Apply? Lead a highly skilled electrical maintenance team.
