Intake CoordinatorThe Intake Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and supporting initiatives relative to the evaluation, processing, and handling of insurance claims. This position will also manage the coordination of timely verification of eligibility by obtaining insurance benefits and confirming preauthorization and referral requirements are met prior to the delivery of hospice and palliative services.
