Marketing & Brand Manager- Luxury Interior Design

Nicole Arnold Interiors | Carrollton/Addison, TX | Full-Time, On-Site Help Shape the Brand Behind One of Dallas’ Leading Luxury Interior Design Firms! Nicole Arnold Interiors is looking for a creative, highly organized Marketing & Brand Manager who loves beautiful design—and knows how to turn it into compelling content, conversation and brand awareness. This is not a behind-the-scenes corporate marketing role. You’ll be immersed in the creative side of our business: capturing installations, attending photoshoots and High Point Market, developing social content, identifying PR opportunities, collaborating directly with our founder and design team, and helping determine how our brand shows up in the world. We’re looking for someone with 3–5 years of marketing experience who is ready to take ownership of a brand rather than simply execute a marketing calendar. For the right person, this position offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to grow into the leader of the firm’s marketing function. What You’ll Do Create + Tell Our Story Capture photo and video content at installations, photoshoots and industry events Turn beautiful projects and behind-the-scenes moments into engaging social, web and marketing content Develop digital and print collateral using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite Attend High Point Market 1–2 times annually to capture content, trends and interviews Maintain an organized library of photography, video and creative assets Own Social + Digital Manage the social content calendar from concept through execution Create, curate and schedule content with a strong emphasis on Instagram and LinkedIn Maintain a cohesive visual identity and brand voice Track meaningful performance metrics and use results to improve strategy Collaborate with our digital agency on SEO, digital marketing and lead-generation initiatives Build PR + Brand Visibility Identify compelling story angles and pitch editorial opportunities Develop relationships with relevant media contacts Draft media pitches, press releases and blog content Research and manage awards and recognition opportunities Identify speaking engagements and other opportunities to increase founder and firm visibility Elevate the Brand Experience Support client events, gifting and branded touchpoints Manage marketing campaigns, calendars and deadlines Maintain marketing and relationship information within HubSpot Continually look for new ways to strengthen the Nicole Arnold Interiors brand and client experience You May Be a Great Fit If... What We’re Looking For 3–5 years of marketing, brand, social media or communications experience Strong writing and verbal communication skills Demonstrated social and digital content creation experience Strong working knowledge of Instagram and LinkedIn Excellent visual judgment and understanding of branding Exceptional organization, attention to detail and follow-through Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Proactive, resourceful and comfortable taking ownership Comfortable capturing photo and video content Ability to evaluate marketing performance and use data to improve results Bonus points for experience with: PR/media pitching, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Later, HubSpot, Asana, Pinterest, Facebook, YouTube, Houzz, SEO or luxury/design/lifestyle brands.
