Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active RN license valid in Kentucky or compact states
• Minimum of 2 years’ recent experience in an ICU environment
• Proficient in critical care assessments, interventions, and advanced life support
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to thrive in high-pressure situations
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
