Love your job.Texas Instruments (TI) is looking for an experienced Automotive Customer Program Manager to lead strategic customer relationships and ensure the successful execution of automotive Tier1 ADAS radar programs by bridging customer needs with internal R&D teams.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end execution of automotive Tier1 customer programs, from project Kick off through SOP of the customer product and product launch/ramp.Serve as primary point of contact for the Tier1 customer programs, building and maintaining strategic relationships with customer development teams and key stakeholdersBe the voice of the customer to the internal R&D teams translating customer timelines and project requirements to the internal teams and bi-directional communication back to the customer is a vital part of this role.Negotiate with customer on product features and timelines based on internal alignment while developing compelling positioning and messaging to secure customer alignment and commitment.Collaborate across cross-functional team: analog/RF and digital design teams, systems, HW and SW applications, validation, RF characterization, test, product engineering and sales teams to ensure seamless program executionTrack program metrics, and prepare comprehensive status reports for both customer and internal stakeholdersIdentify, escalate, and resolve program risks and challenges; serving as the escalation point for customer concernsWhat you will gain from the role?Deep expertise in automotive product development lifecycle, end-to-end from initial product definition to production launch.Cross functional collaboration experience across all disciplines integral to SoC development.Ability to establish and cultivate strong customer relationship at all organizational levels - from technical development teams to key decision makers and leadership.Strong positioning, communication, and negotiation capabilities with both customer organizations and internal R&D teams to align objectives and drive mutually beneficial outcomesEstablish credibility and get visibility within Radar business unit leadership team, with demonstrated influence on strategic decisions and program prioritiesTexas Instruments will not sponsor job applicants for visas or work authorization for this position.Why TI?Engineer your future.
