Associate Director, Supply Chain

Responsibilities
- Execute supply plans at contract manufacturers, converting forecasts into purchase orders and managing order lifecycle
- Validate medium to long-term forecasts and align commitments with contract terms and manufacturing capacity
- Serve as primary operational liaison between planning, sourcing, quality, and CMO partners
- Monitor performance metrics including schedule adherence, production attainment, and on-time delivery
- Manage team of 5+ direct reports with supervision, training, and performance development
Requirements
- 10+ years supply chain experience with BS/BA, or 8+ years with MA/MBA, or 5+ years with PhD/PharmD
- Pharmaceutical operations and cGMP environment experience
- Strong negotiation and project management skills
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical GMP regulations and ICH Q7A standards
- Experience managing contract manufacturing organization relationships
- Financial acumen in supply chain operations
- Leadership capability for managing 5+ direct reports
