Associate Director, Clinical Supply Chain
Revolution Medicines
Revolution Medicines seeks an Associate Director to lead clinical supply chain operations for oncology development programs. The role involves planning, forecasting, and delivering compliant clinical supplies while collaborating across cross-functional teams and managing global logistics activities.
Responsibilities
- Serve as clinical supply lead for assigned program(s) and develop supply plans
- Manage demand forecasting, inventory, cold chain, and distribution logistics
- Author and approve clinical documents including labels, batch records, and regulatory submissions
- Collaborate with Clinical Operations, QA, PDM, and Regulatory teams on program advancement
- Support vendor selection, onboarding, and management for comparators and packaging services
Requirements
- B.S. or M.S. in scientific field with 8+ years clinical supply chain experience
- Working knowledge of import/export laws and pharmaceutical regulations
- Understanding of drug product development and manufacturing processes
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitask capability
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience managing global phase 3 oncology clinical trials (preferred)
- Team leadership experience, direct or matrix-based (preferred)
