What Youll Do
As our Leasing Specialist, youll be the heart of the community experience:
- Welcome future residents and guide them through the leasing journey
- Showcase apartment homes with confidence and personality
- Use strong sales techniques to meetand sleigh your leasing goals
- Deliver top-tier customer service to residents, guests, and prospects
- Assist with resident communication, tours, market surveys, and office tasks
- Help maintain a beautiful, organized, and inviting office, clubhouse, and models

When Youll Work
- Our Leasing Specialist will work on-site at a beautiful apartment community.
- Schedules may include weekends, with flexibility as needed
- Please note this is a part-time position, with a schedule of 30 hours a week.
Physical Requirements
You should be comfortable walking the community, lifting up to 25 lbs. and keeping the property looking tour ready.
