Leasing Consultant

Property: Autumn Springs As a Leasing Consultant on the Community Management team, you will create an exceptional experience for prospective and current residents while helping drive occupancy and revenue goals for the community. You will be the first impression of the property, playing a critical role in helping residents find a place they are proud to call home. What You'll Do Conduct professional apartment tours and showcase community amenities Follow up with prospective residents and maintain accurate CRM activity Convert leads into qualified applicants and signed leases Support resident retention and renewal initiatives Execute marketing and outreach strategies to drive traffic Maintain accurate prospect and resident records Assist with resident communications and customer service requests Support move-in and move-out processes Maintain model apartments and tour paths Help achieve occupancy, leasing, and resident satisfaction goals About You Previous sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, or leasing experience preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and customer-first mindset Strong organizational and follow-up skills Working knowledge of Fair Housing guidelines or willingness to learn Experience with Entrata, Knock, or CRM platforms is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
